Last updated: April 12, 2026

Boostiva (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We follow a consumer-friendly compliance format as in our Terms.

1. Information We Collect. We collect personal information you provide when ordering or creating an account, including name, address, email, phone number, payment information, and any health information you voluntarily submit (e.g. product quizzes). We also automatically collect browsing data (device, IP address, pages visited) via cookies and web analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information. We use collected data to process orders, ship products, manage subscriptions, provide customer service, send order confirmations and updates, and improve our services. With your consent, we may send marketing emails or SMS about promotions (you may opt out at any time).

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/UK). For EU/UK customers, we rely on these legal bases: - Performance of contract (to fulfill your orders and subscriptions). - Legitimate interest (for fraud prevention, site analytics, and direct marketing purposes). - Consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies). We do not rely on consent for processing necessary to perform the service you requested (e.g. account management, purchase fulfillment).

4. Information Sharing. We share your data only with necessary third parties: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to complete transactions, shipping carriers to deliver your order, and customer service platforms to address support requests. We require these providers to use your data only to perform services for Boostiva. We may also share data to comply with legal obligations or enforce our policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and marketing (see Cookie Policy below for details). We do not use cookies for tracking outside of what you consent to. You can manage cookie preferences anytime.

6. Data Retention and Security. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our policies. We implement reasonable security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights (U.S. Privacy Laws).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access, deletion, and correction of personal data we hold, and to opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” of your information. (Note: Boostiva does not sell personal data.)
- Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA): Similar rights exist to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data. For example, Virginia residents may request a list of categories of data collected and the purposes of processing.
To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@boostiva.com. We will verify your identity before processing such requests. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.

8. International Transfers (GDPR/UK GDPR). Boostiva is based in the USA, so EU/UK personal data is transferred to the U.S. These transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as approved by the European Commission. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

9. Children’s Privacy. Our products and services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent. If we learn we have inadvertently collected a minor’s data without proper consent, we will delete it.
